Pizza Express

Just been into here, came in at 8.30pm left at 9.40pm, ordered a pizza to go at 9.20pm, could overhear the chefs complaining about it in an extremely aggressive tone. Our waitress was lovely but didn’t get her name, guy who made our drinks was patronising. I literally work at a pizza express that actually respects their customers, this wasn’t even that late and it was a takeaway pizza to go, sort yourselves out.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

After seeing that this Restaurant was rated 4.1 on Google, I thought this would be the safe choice to order Pizza for my Son's birthday.It was the worst choice!

Not only did the Pizza arrive 2 hours late, it was stone cold. The full order didn't even arrive we were missing some of our items! The takeaway itself was only 3 minutes away from our hotel so there was no reason it should of taken that long. We even attempted to contact the restaurant itself and they didn't even pickup so we couldn't even dispute our order directly.

Worst Pizza Express.

Very nice gluten free la reine, only drawback was the sun shining in through some of the windows during winter - choose your seats carefully

Very disappointed in our visit to Pizza Express in Salisbury today. Ours and many other tables were waiting over an hour for just our starters! Although the waiter/waitresses were polite, there were just not enough to serve the amount of people in the restaurant during the lunch time peak. We ended up spending 2 hours of our day in Pizza Express due to the long wait for our food and having to wait a long time to even get the bill and pay! When our pizza did arrive, it was cold, we waited 1.5 hours for cold pizza! We love coming to Salisbury during the Christmas period, however we will definitely be going somewhere else for our food next time as this experience ruined our day!

I must say that I don't remember when last time I had such a good experience in Pizza Express. Lovely staff, I think they change chef because carbonara was delicious. Very nice atmosphere. I can't wait to go back. Thank you Pizza Express Salisbury!

Extremely poor service today, must admit the young waitresses did their best but management was very poor. Food was a let down but worst of all we waited 1hour 10 mins before the first starter arrived, even then they didn’t come out together and one never arrived. I finally got the last starter by the time I had finished the main meal at which point I sent it back. I’ve been her many times before over the years. Management looks to have changed and brought out the worst in the place.

Dined recently whilst visiting family in the UK. My children go there regulary and chose this place to take me out. Food very good , service efficient despite the busy Christmas period and atmosfere really tranquil. Will visit next time too.

I am extremely happy with our recent visit to Pizza Express Salisbury. We called in to order take away which was taken in a very professional and friendly manner. Waiting time was very sensible and the food quality was outstanding. We had some lovely snowballs for pudding to make our lunch even better. Will be calling again! Thanks
