Pizza Hut Delivery

Ordered takeaway and the food was delicious. The deals were better than dominos and the delivery reasonable priced and arrived quite quickly.

Went in and they were very friendly and helpful. Had gluten free base which was great. Let a little girl 4 use the toilet and when a slight error was made on the pizza there was no qualms it was corrected straight away. The pizza was also delicious - I will be coming back here rather than dominos!!

Awful service ... ordered 3 pizzas for delivery & after no sign of them after over an hour i rang to see how long they'd be but they didn't even answer the phone ... after ringing for what seemed like an eternity i decided to go down & see what was going on ... was a good job i did or else we'd have been waiting all night - I'll definitely be going to Domino's next time

Do not order from here, food cold, awful and took nearly 2 hours from order to delivery.

Never ever again will I be ordering.

Usually fast and reliable however last week,missed item on order after 45 minutes of calling and getting no answer...drove over and was informed to busy to answer the phone with a we don't care attitude.did redo missed pizza and eventually got a sorru ...Very disappointed with pizza hut

I ordered online, hours in advance for a family - when I checked the order I noticed there was a mistake. I checked the app and website about cancelling/amending orders and it said to call the branch direct. I called for 40 minutes - no answer. I went to the store and it seemed closed. The shuttered were down. I called a nearby Pizza Hut who explained it was a franchise (so separate) so I logged a cancellation request online, and ordered at the ‘open’ branch. I tried 3 ways of cancelling the order and was not able to, using their own guidance. The delivery man turned up with my original order, I said I tried to cancel and he explained I would not get my money back. He was right. Won’t order here again - but the retail park store was super helpful and will highly recommend

I dunno how this place is open. We ordered at 20.30 and they confirmed delivery for 21.30.. it gets to 21.40 and says the order online says is still in the oven. We try to give them a call to see if there’s an updated time.. no answer. We are now at 22.10pm, we’ve phoned the branch 8 times and they’re still not answering the phone and the order says it’s still in the oven, if it’s still in the oven then I don’t want it as it’ll be charcoal by now.
We understand if you’re busy but answer the phone and don’t promise delivery times if you can’t meet them!
The food eventually arrived at 23.15pm. Felt sorry for the delivery driver as it wasn’t his fault but the food was stone cold. Delivery guy told us to call back next day to arrange refund - tried to call 4 times but no answer.. again.
