Pizza Express

Almost full house at evening time, so far pizza taste good and the service is just okay maybe they’re really too busy at that time.

Nice atmosphere, staff are usually chatty/friendly, the food is GREAT (even for fussy folks!) and the pricing isn't extortionate either.

Custom pizzas are an option if you're not a fan of particular toppings & there's a BBQ base option if you're akin to that.

Wide range of pre-done stuff and it's all cooked live (you can have a nosey at the chef team over the counter if you fancy it).

Highly recommended!

Went in for lunch, was busier than expected but got seated quickly. Ordered a pizza wrap and dough balls after our server Courtney recommended them. Food came to us quickly and we always felt looked after whilst eating. Would come again.

Me and my partner came here today for my 21st birthday and Louise was the most lovely woman we’ve ever met, she was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Our food was lovely and we really enjoyed our visit!! Will definitely be coming back here when we visit Cardiff next

Great food and child friendly environment. Dough balls to start, very good pizzas for main course.

Food is great exactly what you expect from a chain, service was exemplary was served by a very nice lady, Anna who made our visit pleasurable Pizza Express you could do with a lot more staff like Anna

Cons :
I entered the restaurant with my friend (we are tourists from India). We asked the waitress if we needed to book seats or if we could enter anytime and eat. She hesitated to give us a menu card and asked us if we were ordering food or if we were just here to use the toilet. In addition, she mentioned that she doesn't want to waste her time. Her name escapes me, but I remember her face. So my question to the management is, will the waitress ask such rude and stupid questions only to foreigners, or will she do the same to white people as well ...???

Had a wonderful experience here. Highly recommended. Food was super yummy and quick, staff was so friendly especially our lovely waitress Elenor. Cant wait to come back in the new year!!
