This place is really easy to describe. Pizza was delicious, service incredibly friendly and it was surprising that they can make a real pizza faster than I can put a frozen one to a microwave. I'll definitely come back!

Hollywood is quantity, Penguin is quality.
One is for when you've been on the lash, the other is for when you want a thoughtfully prepared pizza on a nice thin base.
Only thing Penguin could improve are their sides. Pretty standard frozen stuff.

Milkshakes taste vile. the pizzas are standard. Phoned up explaining and had absolutely disgusting customer service! Calling us horrible and not to ever return to Penguin pizza 😂 wasnt goin to return ever. "Dont order again" No refund either regardless. Dont bother with this ridiculous place 😂 he started getting racist at the end of the call saying something about the people of our nation. Crazy.

Coming from New Jersey (US) I’ve been searching for pizza like we have at home - Penguin is the closest I’ve found! Thin with a crispy but soft crust and a great sauce-cheese ratio. Delivery was fast and easy and the driver was super nice! Also, fantastic prices.

Made an order at 2am, given. Pizza came burnt so IDK what is happening at that time to distract you from a pizza, but every time I have asked for the cheese melted atop of chips, the cheese was not melted.
Food is good but the quality is give or take.
I'd say the safest bet is just get the some chips - at least those are consistently good.

AVOID. The worst service I ever had in Aberystwyth and I have been coming to this town every year since 2005. This place doesn’t know meaning of croeso cynnes. We went in and felt very unwelcome after ordering our food. I said thank you to guy in chef outfit with woolly hat after we finished our food and he looked at me like I insulted him. When we were leaving I was called back to take the empty pizza box with us that they just served us. If you don’t want people to dine in remove all your tables from your restaurant and the seats that are falling apart when you sit on them.

One of my favourite places in Aber, the caramelized onions and gorgonzola on a pizza is a complete game changer, and the delivery is always fast. Simply love it! 🥰
