Papa John's (At Kiln Park)

Long wait for food (30 mins) at busy times. Food tastes good but comes at a price.

The meal was amazing, really nice and enjoyed by all. They offer lots of mixed deals and the server freely helped make sure we saved some money overall. I personally picked up my meal on our first night at the park as our caravan was not far from the store, however they do offer a free delivery service to the whole park.

Good service, we had our food delivered to our caravan which is free. We had an offer of 2 large pizzas for £28.99. It's great if you don't feel like going out every evening.

Pretty disappointed to be honest. Told food would be ready in 10 minutes roughly. With that went and bought other food as part of a big family meal. After about 30 minutes the food finally was ready, the rest of the food bought elsewhere had gone cold now. I refused collection as it just wasn't good enough service. Paying over 27 quid for a dozen wings and a few garlic bread sticks, the service needs to be on point. Clearly it wasn't. None of the staff seemed interested or any hurry to get things moving. Sorry I wasted my time

Food alright, but keep you waiting for it, clukd see my food sitting at pass waiting to be given but all staff just ignoring it. And app for delivery only works when they can be bothered

We were served by Maxine. Such friendly service. Food was fantastic. I was supporting a gentleman with learning disabilities and Maxine took time out to chat to him, even though they were starting to get busy. In this day and age, a lot of people would say they were too busy and carry on, but she was so friendly. A pleasure to talk to. A real asset to Kiln Park.

Waiting time was an hour. Took 1 hour and 40 mins to arrive. Did not even bother to cut up 1 of our pizzas and was cold! Unable to get through on phone as line constantly engaged, to be told by delivery driver that they are exceptionally busy. You would think they would be used to it being busy being on a caravan site!

Truely awful

I don't usually leave reviews but this was so bad I felt I had to. We ordered to be delivered to our van, came on time great. We'd been travelling all day so we're starving, would eat anything! Ordered an xxl so just over £20. Well, it was inedible. The grease was so bad it made my stomach hurt, I'd say it was under cooked so we tried to grill it a bit more ourselves to 'save' it but that made no impact on the grease. After eating a few slices we gave up and it ended up in the bin.
