Went to this takeaway tonight order food which the chicken was hard and the chips was pale like they not been cooked I got a chocolate cake it was hard I rang up and the guy answered phone said they freeze the cake before sending it out to people. The manners at this takeaway is unbelievable i will not be going there again be taking this further please be careful buying from here

i had the non spicy chicken fillet meal, freshly fried decent amount of mayo and the chips were cooked to perfection, the person at the counter was very friendly and polite, highly recommended, cant wait to go back!

Placed an order tonight of chicken parmesan which was just ok and a portion of regular doner meat with a nan bread.....the portion of doner was tiny and full of burnt scraps....not even proper slices of doner meat, it was as if they had cleaned out a pot of the remainders. Wont be ordering from here again.

We ordered from Just Eat and didn’t get any help from them, so the only thing I can do now is leave a review. The food was half an hour late and as a result the food was cold. In addition to this, their phone doesn’t work so I couldn’t find out where my food was. When delivered I asked the delivery man why the food was late, he laughed at me and then walked off. All of the meat was extremely spicy and inedible and dry, even when we asked for salad and sauce we didn’t get any. In the burger, there was some gristle and even a little bone. Overall the experience was not good and it’s a shame as previously it has been good.

Really bad customer service for a returning customer and closed after giving us the worst food ever offered a full replacement meal the next day then refused by colleague no wonder these places are being run down

Ordering for the first time tonight,
I rang as I was still waiting 45 minutes after I had my text from just eat saying it was in the way, rand and told me he left 5 minutes ago clearly he was lieing as it was stone cold when it arrived another 15 minutes later
Both kebabs were wrong and portion sizes were tiny.
Won't be ordering again

Delivery was supposed to take 45 mins and it actually took just little over 2 hours!! Food was stone cold chips where uneatable and chicken tasted undercooked
