La Grande Pizza

I have tried a milkshake here for the first time. Good size, had candy bits in it, great taste. However I must say a bit pricey, same as big brands like five guys. It is worth it but I think many people won't try it because of the price and go for those big brands instead. You should have smaller milkshakes available with same taste and cheaper price. Then, people will buy from you once they like the taste.

Fresh ingredients, tasty dough, very quick delivery and have their own website! More ingredients available than many other pizzarias including prawns!
Suggestion: create a home made garlic sauce!

Pizza is incredible, however the service is terrible. They very rarely pick up the phone. I walked into the shop after callin 3 times and asked the guy working there why he wasn’t picking up, he said “we never pick up the phone, the boss told me”. Very strange, next I proceeded to order a half and half pizza with different toppings on each side, something I’ve gotten from here for years.. The guy goes “I can’t do that”, when I asked why, he refused even though I explained I’ve got this pizza every time, he said no I can’t. Made zero sense, seriously need to improve their customer service

We order on Uber eats. The food perapration took an hour where it innitaly says 20 mi n max. The taste was 4 out 10 and the person who answered the phone when we called to check on order was so rude, she just said bye in the end and hung up in my face. Even though I wanted to ask something. I would say avoid.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! I ordered a pizza which never arrived, deliveroo staff told me they couldn't do anything because this restaurant uses its own drivers. I called and texted the pizzeria 5-6 times and they never picked up the phone! Shame on you! I remained starved without food all night! I am still waiting for deliveroo refund since 4 days, I hope it will arrive soon. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Absolutely abysmal. Ordered via deliveroo waited hours and NOTHING. They accepted my order and wrote they were preparing it. 2 hours and didn't receive anything, yet they said the order had been delivered. I am shocked as this has never happened to me before. What kind of scam are they running? I've forwarded this to uber and look forward to my refund.

There is a place called Neopolitana operating from La Grande Pizzas location on Deliveroo and they took my order and marked it as delivered but made no effort contact me and never came to my address but won't accept the refund request. I can't through to them on the phone and Deliveroo were no help.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. the pizza will come hours late, if at all, it will be freezing cold and they do not answer the phone at any point after you’ve ordered it so you have no clue what’s going on. Shambles.
