Best Kebab & Pizza House

what an absolute joke of a take away , up on receiving our "chicken donner wraps" (one - two chicken nuggets cut up in a raw rubbery wrap ) we asked for salad. Salad was confirmed , (received no salad in one Kebab) the chips were stone cold and clearly reheated. Feel like we have just been robbed of £11 for some Iceland frozen food. A terrible place to order didn't even have the audacity to explain why we received lacking food. Try it may work well for you, but i sure know i'm ordering from Charcoal Grill Next time.

Just got our order. Terrible. Food is cold items missing salad on every thing despite requesting no salad. Phone to tell them to be told it is not worth them coming back. Not going to use again.

I don't know what some of these people are talking about. Ordered 2 chicken and lamb combination donner kebabs. They were fantastic. Came with freshly cut salad, served in separate containers. Only criticism is that it took over an hour to arrive. But I would recommend highly

Learn to add up correctly! They tried over charging me by about £5 for an order I went in to collect as they wont deliver to Nailsworth anymore (Why?!). They even had the audacity to argue with me until I took them through the menu and explained exactly how much everything cost!!

Ive been using this takeaway for over 25 years and Im appalled at how bad it has got in the last year or so. Terrible service, massively overpriced and now they're trying to rip off their customers for even more! Avoid!!!

I started working here so thought be interesting getting a perspective of someone from the inside. ( I work as the pizza man). All food is good. But from having a meal here near the end of my shift the things I'd recommend the most would be the pizza, chicken burger, shish wrap, and anything chicken. It's impressive how the guy who runs the shop day to day is on the same wavelength as other employess and works really well with them, moving around the shop fluidly being productive getting orders done quickly and efficiently. Aside from the taste of the pizza which I got to try at end of my shift as employee dinner, I was really impressed that the garlic mayo sauce for garlic bread and kebab sauce as its made in the shop and not bought in.

Shocking service. took payment and then got an email to say they do not deliver to an address 4 miles away and have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund, if I had not been looking at my email I wouldn't have known and would have been waiting for our tea. Will never use again do not accept order and take payment if you know you don't deliver to that area

Everything is cold, hair in my pizza also burnt. Drivers moaning saying we should cook for ourselves they don't even wear hair nets. My boyfriend works there.

Had a chicken shish and lamb donner mixed kebab yesterday. And it was absolutely massive and was super tasty! Well worth the money
