The Express Pizza Co

I’ve ordered around from several places however this place is the best by far. Today ordered the prawn cocktail expecting something small and measly but received completely the opposite. Very generous portion of prawns and salad as well as a great tasting pizza. Going back every time! Delivery time is always good too. :)

Travelled over to London from Australia and staying in an AIRBNB for a week. Tried ordering a few pizza's online and then the company confirmed the order via the online portal.

The company attempted to call my phone however, due to the international number it did not go through. The company then cancelled the order which was understandable.

I then called the company to see why my order had cancelled. I explained that we are from Australia and that we would still love to receive our order from their establishment.

I told them the address and the responded with the statement that they would send a driver over to collect half of the money, then drive back to the store prepare the pizzas, deliver the pizzas, then we would pay the remainder owing.

I did not understand why they would offer this type of payment, and I said I would rather the payment be made in full upon delivery.

The gentleman on the phone said they will not do this as they thought the order was 'dodgy' because they couldn't receive confirmation of the order via mobile phone.

Either order in store, or call these guys. Ordering online is an absolute nightmare - and the owners need to be more understanding ha lol.

I would just like to thank the people at express pizza for listening to my earlier issue and fixing the problem. I have always thought this place delivered the best pizza in honour oak, but about two months ago the standard slipped. Since then, the shop has endeavoured to keep the standards up and I now feel that the pizza’s are back at their best quality and I throughly enjoyed my veggie hot today. This post is mainly for the management and I think you’ve solved my earlier issue. Well done and thank you for improving the standards and keeping that level of quality pizzas.... salehurst road, honor oak

I ordered a 14 inch kebab pizza and it was superb. Legit it has the right portion of toppings and the extra cheese was a mad epic ting. I felt like I was in flippin heaven. Imma order again very soon.

I pre-ordered a pizza 3 hours ago. They took my payment on the website. It was meant to arrive at 4:05pm. It has not arrived and I have been calling the shop and it goes straight to a mobile voicemail . I always order from this place as the pizza is nice and a good price . But now, after this , I don’t trust them any more and I will not be ordering from them again or recommending them to family and friends!

Pizza was better than dominos and a fraction of the price... Really really good cheap deals! Extremely fast delivery and the cookie squares are unreal! Will be a repeat customer :)

Worst Pizza experience ever!! Wrong ingredients, very long time to deliver and partial finally, partial refund although complaint registered and filed with photos. If you crave for pizza , I recommend not to spoil your mood and appetite with this one !
