Loved my pizza from this place. Great value for the price. Would just like to see the staff more happier or friendlier and also the chef wear a glove. In the end, lovely warm meaty pizza for the cold night!

Decent pizzas at relatively low prices.

So disappointed that the prices have risen so sharply here. It was one of the things it had going for it. If getting take away pizza from now on may as well order Pizza Hut or Domino's instead since no longer any real difference in prices.

Just had another pizza from here last night 17/09/22 and I noticed that toppings seem to be a lot less. I asked but they denied it. Strangely enough.
Ate nothing all day except half pizza. A few hours later had bad diarrhoea again. This has happened before from here a few times over the years. I took immodium and still not good this morning. This place is crossed off my list now after going here for years. Just gone too downhill.

Just noticed other reviews. Most saying bad things. For goodness sake WAKE UP !!
Do something about your business before it's too late !!

Took my money, with 15 minute delivery time displayed on deliveroo. Still no sign of my food after 1+ hour. And not answering my calls about the order.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant before and they’ve always done really nice pizzas. I ordered again today and got horrible reception from one of the staff regarding a wrong order. I’d ordered a pizza from them which was supposed to have a tomato base as stated in the description — just eat would not let me change the sauce or select a different one so I assumed it would have come with the tomato sauce as stated. When the pizza arrived, I took a few bites just to have my mouth be set on fire. What I was sent was a base with chilli oil, flakes and seeds — not the tomato base that was stated in the description. Obviously I rang up to query this, being polite I asked if i’d possibly been sent the wrong order and the man dismissed me completely and told me it was right. He told me I ordered salsa base when I did not, I told him several times that the app wouldn’t let me select a sauce so I thought it wild come with the standard tomato base. He then left and went to talk to someone — when he got back he dismissed everything I said or tried to say with an “it’s the right order” cutting me off several times. I then asked if he could help ( I was annoyed by this point ) and he point blank said no and the phone was put down. £24 was wasted because of an error and horrible customer service and I can’t get my money back and they refused to send a different pizza. I don’t think this is fair because It wasn’t my error.

Ordinarily I would give this place 5 star for value and quality. But the last 2 times I've bought from here haven't been impressed. Once it was overcooked and it seemed like the guy realised as he pointed something out to his colleague. The second time the toppings were undercooked maybe because it was under the cheese. I guess with this place its great on a good day, and a regrettable purchase on a bad day.

Would give 0 if possible- just placed an order for collection, used their deal any pizza any size any time to order 4 pizzas. On 3 we paid extra for stuffed crust (£3,£2.50 and £2.50) perfect we thought don't mind paying extra on top for that.

Then we get a call "sorry its only thin crust for this deal" yes we know that's why we paid extra on top for the stuffed crust as shown on our order? Which is on their website so why offer the option if it isn't allowed?

Nope! They weren't having any of it... They tried to charge us an extra £11 in top from what the website told us it was. (They offer 10% off online orders) came to £33

£7.99 for 1 pizza
£21 for 3 pizza
2 x £2.50 stuffed crust (£5)
1 x £3 stuffed crust
Total of £36.99
10% off so £36.99 - £3.70 = £33.29

They told us over the phone if we wanted the extra crust (which we already paid £8 extra for as above) it would cost us £44... so they wanted to charge ANOTHER extra £8 and not give us the 10% off!?

I actually went to the shop to show them this, their response wasn't apologetic at all just got a "ok we will change the website"

I ordered from a different company one of the main pizza ones and got it cheaper in the end. Its a shame I live 5 min walk from this shop but clearly my business isn't good enough for them. Its principle I'm not paying £16 extra for stuffed crust on 3 pizzas lol.

Won't be using them as I doubt they will change the website anyway. Just be very wary of them trying to charge extra for things you've already paid for!
