Catshill Village Pizza

If i could 0 stars I would.
Pizza was tasteless.
Chicken burger was disgusting. Chicken had hard bits in and popped in my mouth, making me feel sick straight away. Chips were re fried and not fresh! The mini donuts are rock hard and rubbery.
I'm sure your ment to were gloves when preparing food. The man never. Tramps.
Wouldn't advise this place. Stay away.

Tasty pizza but not 100% on the hygiene, I'm not staying it's bad or I have experienced any issues but it looks a little grim, tends to be staffed by young lads and the back door which leads direct into the kitchen is always wide open.

I came in on Saturday to make an order for a Teenagers party for the next day. I informed them that I needed 8 x 14" pizzas of varied toppings. On being told that I needed them for 11:45am they informed me that they do not open until 4pm but that didnt matter to them, they told me to come and collect them at 11:40am Sunday morning. I'll be honest, I was expecting them to have been cooked the day before and then reheated on the Sunday but no, they were freshly made that morning, piping hot and ready to go. The kids loved them, 80 slices of pizza gone within minutes. We were over the moon with the service and the fact they opened up just foe our pizzas....excellent customer service!!!!

Good quality food, tasty and good prices. Having buy one get one free on pizzas makes it good value for money.

We have used Catshill Pizza for years but unfortunately tonight will be the last time.
The wrong pizza was sent but unfortunately the owner wouldnt accept it and said I was mistaken.
I was fortunate that I could still eat the pizza but what really is appalling is the owners attitude and rudeness.
No apology, argued and argued and said I should've taken the pizza back.
I couldn't, the reason I had it delivered in the first place and secondly he just repeated that I was wrong with no offer of a resolution on my first call.
While I understand the wrong topping on a pizza is not the end of the world I do not like being spoken too in a rude obnoxious manor.
Your customer service is none existent and with an attitude like you have then I don't see how you will succeed.
A simple, I'm sorry there was a mistake when I first called would have been fine not your snotty attitude.

Pizza come raw I called them up and waited for a call back eventually I called them back multiple time to not be answered so I decided to drive there as it's open to 11 to fi.d they have closed early so Iv got a 2 raw pizzas Iv paid nearly £30 for I will be keeping them and goin back there tomorrow expecting a full refund feel really let down as we use them every week

Catshill village pizza is a shambles always get my order wrong

We ordered pizza and burgers for a group of us. Both were delicious. The vegetarian supreme I would recommend. The chips were the right level of crispiness.
