Good food & great customer service they made a special nan bread rather than the pita bread which I don’t really like and very friendly staff

Having used this place a lot as I’m local, today i got told to pay £1 extra (which i have never had) for a meal deal they advertise wrong on just east, speaking to the guy i mentioned i would leave a review and mention this, didn’t care in the slightest. It was a just east order, having worked in takeaways before they have the chance to change it in the takeaway. Very sly if you ask me

Garlic bread was SOLID. Inedible. Chips were still half frozen. Ordered regular crust pizza but got thin and was hard.

I ordered food to be delivered at a specific time. It arrived 2 hours early so I asked for it to come at the time ordered. It came two hours later… the exact same pizzas but now a burnt, dried up mess. We spent over £30 and this will be the last we spend in this shop.

The food is generally lovely, we travel from crook to get our takeaways as we've all decided it's the nicest round here. However, even though 3 times now we've ordered over £20 for a free garlic bread and clicked on free garlic bread option. We haven't got it. Don't offer deals like that if you won't be able to add it to orders. Just disappointed really. 😞

Been coming here for years, just wish they would get a card machine to take payments, you can pay online but no food if you're passing and just fancy popping in unless you have cash
