Ordered form here and paid with my card on Just Eat to receive a phone call 10 minutes before my order was due to have a man on the other end shouting at me continuously. Telling me my order was cancelled and they wasn’t coming. I told them I had already paid but he continued to shout at me saying I needed to sort that out with just eat. They never cancelled my order but allowed it to say that it was delivered and just eat aren’t answering me so not sure how I’m going to get my money back. I’m outraged by the way I was spoken to.

If I could rate it no stars I would. Took my money from food hub ... Even said your meal is being prepared in the status. After waiting hours I walked into town to find out what was happening as they wouldn't answer the phone ... The shop wasn't even open.!!!!!???? Never again. Took me 10 days to get a refund!!
