So disappointing....
We ordered two pizzas and wasn't sure if he understood what I was saying on the phone.
After calling them again to see where they were, they finally arrived and they were horrible.
Salt, Salt and more Salt !!!
Inedible rubbish.
This is the second time this has happened, the first time I told them about it and they were apologetic.
There will not be a third time.
Don't waste your money...

Food was almost an hour late before I called the first time Just for them to lie and say it'll be here in 15 minutes but instead I got a call after 10 saying they don't have the veggie burger I asked so they clearly haven't even bothered to look at my order for almost 2 hours and on top of that they tried to force me a chicken burger a beef one when clearly it's been ordered for a vegetarian person what a joke. After the call had to wait almost another hour again for food that was average at best and cold. Never again, go anywhere but here

not as i thought firstly the delivery was late the portion sizes of the chips were small (selected large)they were also cold but buger was nice, curry sauce and fudge cake were delicious i think 3 stars reflects this

Ordered 3 x meals with drinks. Only 2 x drinks delivered. The order was for 2 x cheeseburger meals, neither burgers had cheese. Other meal was chicken and chips, chips were dry and pale. Food delivered quickly but quality of food and accuracy of order was awful. Won't be using again.

Excellent service kebab was lovely I will be using this local takeaway from now on after the shocking service from phoenix

Called in for 2 chicken kebabs was left waiting for 20 minutes they could add 2x £5.10 together without difficulty??? staff had no masks on ,one member was handling raw meat then went on to process my order and handle the pitta bread I confronted him and said change that bread ,his comment was I've cleaned my hands ,do you want your money back or what ??. The other member of staff processed the order .never going back there and would recommend a food health inspector making a visit

Extremely tasty pizza & I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I am not from the area so I googled nearest pizza shop to where I was & Papa John’s came up with 4 reviews. Saprano’s came up with 127 reviews. Very friendly staff who greeted me with a smile, thank you guys
