Downtown Pizza - Pizza

Well; i am full. It was tasty, more than value for money. Delivered in half the time and I am satisfied.

I was recommended to try Just Eat and Downtown Pizza were the eatery i chose for the meal.

My personal score is 10/10.

Best take away around. Really polite people, food is always nice and fresh, they listen to any request you ask. I also just found out they have their own app and it's cheaper then just eat will ues that from now on.

They are always quick with the delivery even on a busy Friday or Saturday and I'm not that close to the restaurant, the food is always hot and the driver always polite and smiling.

Best take away around, order direct you get more for less. Top guys

Disgusting restaurant. I paid my money but I didn't get my food. They took the money. The attitude is also very rude

I just ordered a pizza and chicken to come to my door and I have never been so disappointed in my life the pizza was disgusting I was in the toilet being sick and I also opened the box of chicken and I found hairs on the chicken I phoned them about a refund but what surprise they didn’t reply worst place I have ever got food from 27 pound for that

Ordered food at 23:15, order was accepted and an email confirming delivery for 12:06am. However shop closed, no one answering phone and no food delivered. Took my money immediately though! Fantastic customer service...

We have been customers for more than a year and we are disappointed to find that they forget to deliver our bottle drink with our meal, and offer to replace this with 2 cans which is not a like for like replacement.

We have been told that they will sort out their website so that we can select the drink but they have asked us to put in the notes and they still forget.

We are not happy customers.

Food cold when delivered.missing order,tried ringing but no answer.used a personal number I was given but told to delete it.shocking please avoid.
