UK Pizza

Copy-Pasted from what I put on their feedback form.
After ordering from you for years, and always loving the food, I will not be ordering ever again. After using YOUR website, we were offered a free cheesy garlic bread with our order, which I thought was perfect, as we were going to order one anyway. Well when the food arrived, no bread. One call later, we have been told you have decided not to honour the offer, after telling us it was your fault, and should not have happened. The best you could do was ask us to BUY one, wait 45 mins for delivery again, and presumably pay the delivery charge, as it would not meet the minimum requirement. Of course, this was all spouted in the least polite way, meaning that our favourite takeaway, is now our least favourite. I will be putting this review on social media, and telling everyone I can to avoid you. After all, if you cant be bothered to be polite, or reasonable with loyal customers, why would we?
Oh, and if you aren't going to honour offers, don't advertise them. I recommend you update your site, and change your staff ASAP if you want to retain any of your customers, as I know we wont be the only ones to be stung with this.

Over priced really it was £17 for a 12 inch pizza and cheesy chips, pizza was greasy and bland. We ordered food for a certain time as we have a small baby to get bathed and changed but it came 30 mins early! Which was not good as it ended up being cold because we wasn't ready. If you want a proper pizza go to pizza hut or domino's, won't be re visiting this rip off.

Was thin crust, ordered deep pan. Supposed to have spicy beef, wasn't spicy at all, worse pizza ordered ever, ingredients chopped so fine and used sparingly, not sure what pizza I was eating actually. Much prefer the 79p one from Aldi to be honest.

Ordered few week ago, got free garlic, ordered again tonight, almost £25 no free garlic bread.
Order came late and was cold.
When phoned customer services skill were shocking.. think the past reviews speak for themselves. Will not be ordering again!

Portions shocking , never again - large chips and cheese the size of small McDonald’s fries, £3.50 your having a laugh…ring up and they don’t care, not value for money at all

Trusted the 5 star hygiene rating and generally good reviews
but will never order again. Pizza arrived at the time takeaway
was closing, as soon as I opened I noticed a black thick wirey
hair cooked into cheese, took a picture before throwing in the
bin as it completely put me off. Contacted restaurant the next
day when they opened to be refused a refund and they
wanted me to travel to the takeaway to show them the pizza
that was bought nearly 24 hours ago and was clearly put in the
bin as it made me feel sick. Wasn't bothered about photo
evidence. Not good customer service or hygiene clearly.
Definitely stay away from here.

We order from here regularly normally delivery but today I popped in to collect and the guy that served me was so rude! Never in all my time have I been spoken to like he did me!! I wont be ordering ever again from here not after tonight!!!! You seriously need get a grip of customer service and how you treat people paying your wages!!!! I will be posting this review in other places!!

Totally the best pizzas by far and delivery was spot on, the food arrived hot and fresh, the only disappointment was the delivery driver! So miserable, didn’t speak at all. A simple “enjoy your food” would have been nice.
