Having been a regular customer for over 10 years I am disappointed with the pizzas now being served at papas. Tonight’s was cold despite collecting it at the time they told me and then then there was hardly any cheese on the garlic bread and the meat feast was dreadful with hardly any Cheese or chicken. This is the third time I’ve experienced this with you. You’re one of the most expensive takeaways in Longton using the most basic ingredients which I don’t mind if it good quality but you’re definitely scrimping on ingredients. I’m not the only person that’s mentioned these issues so clearly you’ve let your standards slide.. I won’t be returning

We are regulars to Papas and order most weekends. The food quality is consistently excellent especially the pasta dishes. My favourite thing is being able to pre order ready for collection in time for the children’s tea time. The staff are always lovely. Thank you for a wonderful year of food, we’ll see you in the new year for our double Pasta della Mama 🥰🍕🍝

Our family absolutely love Papas and have been regular customers for a very long time. Over the years, we have never made a single complaint. All dishes are cooked to perfection and are competitively priced (in fact they are considerably cheaper than the Americanised 'pizza' chains in neighboring areas). If you are looking for authenticity, good quality and great service Papas is definitely the place to go.
We particularly recommend the pasta dishes. Sorry - we know there's one man having to do all the pasta dishes single handedly, but they are too good to resist. We also love the pizzas, the garlic bread and the tiramisu!
