2 hours from order to delivery. Nobody answered the phone when I enquired where order was up to. When order did arrive there were items missing and pizza’s were distinctly average. Most definitely never again.

ordered food at 7pm was told it would be an hour. got to 8:10 took over. 50X to get through to them! then was told
it would be a further 20-30 mins wasn’t overly impressed but understandable as places do get busy. to then get a message at 8:30 to say they had ran out of nuggets ( the main thing we ordered) so after 90 mins and multiple phone calls we now have no food!! absolutely fuming!!

Orders at 7.30 on Southport Eats where it said the food would arrive by 8.35. 9.15 and still waiting, upon calling to cancel my order I was informed that because I ordered on Southport eats they cannot provide a refund.

Ordered food for first time tonight through Southport Eats, to collect ourselves. Collection time was on time, staff really friendly. Food was tasty and great value. Definitely order again. 👍

Honestly just go to mcdonalds these lot couldn’t organise a pss up in a brewery never mind a takeaway food shop. 2.5 hrs waiting for delivery had enough in the end drove shop got a refund food was just sat in a delivery bag what a joke. Never ordering from here ever again it’s the same time everytime waiting and waiting this time it never even came. Oh and I rang the shop about 30 times least you could of done was pick up the phone instead of ignoring it I’d of been less annoyed then

Ordered food for a selected time, went to pick it up and the man who took the order had selected it to be done as a delivery instead of collection so the food was not ready on time.
They said they would delivery it which took a little longer than they said, when it arrived we were missing the one side we ordered. We got the meal for free for the inconvenience but only my burger meal. I wanted my onion rings.

Ordered at 5.30, was told it would be an hour. Rang at 7, to be told it’s the next out… rang at 7.30 after nothing delivered to be told they are busy and he told it originally it would be over an hour (but he didn’t). Well over 2 hours for 2 pizzas. Pizza was nice but all of the reviews are about the delivery time being so long! Company is renowned for poor delivery times so surely they need to invest in more drivers? Also no offer for a refund or money off

Hmmm so so and not as good as the reviews say. My base was very soggy and that's because they are pre made frozen bases which is never good I my book and yes they maybe cheaper than Dominos but not by much and considering theirs is fresh I'd pay the extra all day long. Also the cheese on my chips was so weak I couldn't tell I was eating cheese... And lastly I went for a hot one with chillies and hot sauce and it wasn't hot at all. To sum up not bad and edible hence the 2 stars but don't expect anything special 🙅🏻‍♂️
