Customer service not very polite while collecting my food bren questioned about my personal life What the hell!! food was very greasy kebab not fresh yesterday meat i would sayI don't think will be returning as even chips was undercooked

This is our favourite takeaway. Despite living 15/20 minutes away and having lots of options in our hometown, we will always go here for our foodie fix. The staff are so friendly and after only our first visit, we were recognised and our order remembered! Excellent customer service coupled with just as excellent food. Really fair prices too. My husband and I get more than enough food for both of us for just £17.50. The equivalent at another popular pizza chain would be more than double (and not as tasty, in my opinion!). Ordered a fair few large pizzas and asked in the notes section for one with no cheese. This came incorrect but when I phoned they had no record of the notes which I am sure I definitely put in. The tracker has still not updated the next day and I’ve had no email receipt so no way to confirm to the restaurant this is what I’d said. On the phone I felt like they thought I was lying and made us pay the delivery charge again to redeliver the order. Disappointed as the food itself was lovely.

Took payment for an order, failed to deliver and then denied receipt of the order. Suggested resolution was to visit them to show proof of payment, which rather negates the point of a delivery service.

Just ordered a pizza and calzone, the pizza has no sauce or extra toppings as ordered very dry over cooked and tasteless, the calzone has no stuffing and it looks like half a pizza in the box. Twenty quid wasted, it'd been tastier buying frozen in a supermarket. Shan't be ordering again. Very disappointed and still very hungry!

The tastiest kebabs excellent service quick delivery

I made an error when placing a home delivery order, and sent an additional order separately.
I received a call from Foodstop querying my order and explained that as it was for an order below the required amount it would be charged at a much higher amount, and did I still want to continue with the order,or cancel, and they would refund the amount charged.
I checked my bank account and I had been charged by an excessive amount for the single item,so I requested to cancel and receive a refund.
I received the original order along with the refund in cash.
This was my error totally,and I cannot believe that a company contacted me to question the order,let alone offer a refund for my error.
It was so refreshing to receive such a first class customer service.
Well done Foodstop and thank you again.

What great food and generous portions too, this is a great place if you want a good British staple of pizza and kebab. The favourite food of the Brits drunk or sober lol. It was a complete bountiful of food and we were all left bursting at the seams, it fed all 4 of us no problems and didn't break the bank either. I am looking forward to our next visit, not knowing when that will be as we don't eat out like that to often.
