Lovely Jubbly Kebab House

I’ve had a very decent portion of am chicken doner kebab and by far one of the best. Chicken was very flavoursome without being greasy! All salad wasn’t soggy but fresh and nicely laid out without being messy and the pitta itself is very crispy but yet soft at the same time. I’ll definitely order it again!

Really impressed with the kebabs we ordered, it’s the first time we have ordered here and definitely the best we’ve had in a very long time by far. Really fast delivery too and food was hot. 💯 % happy customers 😋

Took nearly an hour for delivery, when called to chase where order would be received, was greeted by a rude person who couldn’t wait to hang the phone up once given minimal information. Pizza over cooked on top and raw base- chips cold and dry (would say they’re old reheated) good can of pop thou.

Yet another superb order from this eatery..love the full jalapenos on the burgers and the hot and spicy pizza was to die for.food arrived within time and piping hot as always..dont get peoples complaints about the chips mine have always been fresh and bang on.can not recommend enough.

Just had a mixed kebab from here. They give you a big portion and it’s delicious! Best kebabs in Sutton.

Deleted my old review so I can post another one. The last time i ordered was 8 months ago, and I was really disappointed. I just received my order and the pizza was really doughy and might as well of been raw. I've just had to put it in the oven.

It's a shame this place has gone downhill as it used to be great. Maybe they should start listening to the reviews?

I've been ordering food from here usually 1 time a week minimum.
However today will be my last.
3 hours total to recieve my food.
5 phone calls to the shop and 1 argument with the driver on the phone who was adamant he delivered the food to a lady at the house.
I called out the driver and said drive back to the house you delivered to and I'll see you here, if you delivered to me ( I'm not a lady btw). in the past 2 years a lady has never answered the door.
20 mins later no driver, called the shop who assured me my order was being re made and would be 10 mins max. 40 mins later and 1 more phone asking for a refund and to cancel order call my order arrived, with the driver claiming he'd taken it next door but no-one answered.( yet a lady had taken the order apparently, first time I called)

My house has the number etched into a top box you can't miss the number.

Luke warm and 1 item wrong.
By this point we were starving, frustrated and would have eaten a shoe. So decided it wasn't worth any further arguments.

I could have handled the fact if the driver had said its been to the wrong house, I can handle the shop being busy and food delayed.
What i can't accept is the BS.

Spend £33 on 4 kebabs and drink, can honestly say, the food poisoning has been enough to nearly put one of us in hospital. Been going here for years, this one experience is enough to keep us all away for life.
