Pizza Plus

I’ve ordered several time from here. Always friendly, great food, clean premises.

Today I feel compelled to leave a 5* review. 10 minutes into placing an order my plans had suddenly changed (work). So instead of collecting in 20 minutes as I instructed on the app order I phoned them up and said I would be a further 2 hours. However I was informed that my pizza was already in the oven. What could I do ey?

Anyway a little after 2 hours passed and I stroll in. I’m expecting my cold pizza which was a given but would have thought my chips would be cooked fresh. Anyway instead of giving me my old cold pizza they cooked me a completely new one. Nice and fresh, and nice and hot!!!!

I love these guys. The service can not be matched by the other local restaurants. These guys really care!

After leaving a 5* review a couple of months ago we have since had a couple of disappointing orders, one taking 1.5 hours to arrive with little apology other than “We are very busy”. Tonight we decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. This time it took an hour, my husbands order was incorrect, chilli sauce instead of mayo, so had to throw a lot away as it was so hot and I ordered a chicken kebab with mayo and received no mayo at all, the food was luke warm at best. We will not be using again anytime soon especially when there are other takeaways in Long Stratton offering the same choice of food. Such a shame as the food and service a couple of months ago was great.

Never had a issue with this pizza place until tonight. Our food turned up stone cold and the bun on the burger was stale. I rang up and politely explain the situation to be spoken to by such a rude man. He answered the phone and told me it was impossible to be cold and I would have to wait till there ready to send me more food out. I can guarantee you it was cold if not i wouldn't of rang up . I would never expect to be spoken to like that from a business who I've just paid money to. I will never use this place again and will not be recommending. I will be telling others of how badly you treat your customers.

Polite customer service, however our delivery took 95 minutes to arrive after being told it would take 45 minutes. Not the best with two hungry children! Unfortunately the chips were lukewarm and glassy by the time they arrived and the chicken was dry. Very disappointing :(

Ordered my favourite pizza with stuffed crust and it was so delicious! Staff were very polite an professional. I got mine pizza very fast!
Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Just seen the other reviews on here and quite frankly I'm surprised.
Me and my good lady have used these guys many a time on the Food Hub app for delivery and not had a bad experience yet. We usually go for the chicken kebabs and they are always hot and delicious. Yet to try a pizza, maybe next but I'm a chicken kebab lover and the large special really hit the spot tonight! Thanks guys 👌😋

Thank god this isn't my local, possible the worst chips I've had and the chicken burger wasn't that great either. Wife did like the fried chicken though but she was hungry.

Just phoned up as my order was over 20 minutes late and it hasn't even left the store yet. All I got when I questioned why was an arrogant girl saying "Yeah", when I asked if that's all she had to say about it again the answer was "Yeah".
When I told her that I accepted her apology again "Yeah".
