Bay Grill II

Me and my partner came to llanduddno for a break for a few nights. Looking at the reviews of this place it had the best. My word it deserves more then 5* the pizzas was so nice and tasty, the chips tasted so fresh and nice. The staff were really busy but still took the time to be friendly.

We had pizza, doner kebab, chicken nuggets & jacket potato. Good service, great food, reasonably priced and we got extra chips and juice box. Deserved more than 5 stars.

Delivery is always very slow, currently been waiting 1 hour 15 minutes. Just rang the restaurant and apparently my order will be next to leave for delivery. When somebody leaves a poor review about how long delivery takes, the restaurants reply is ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ instead of trying to be better at the service they provide.

I ordered 2 lots of chicken bites and a 10 inch ham and pineapple but took over 90 minutes to come also the pizza never had any pineapple on they decided to put pepperoni on instead which I never asked for and now 6 hours later im feeling nauseous dizzy and sick and run to the toilet and start vomiting and it's states u can have food poisoning up to 6 hours after consuming the food so I'm now up all night being sick and now ill with food poisoning I will never ever order from here again and I will be making sure I claim for compensation for food poisoning as its now resulting me being sick for 2 hours

Food is always nice and hot but can take well over an hour on weekends. Staff are always really friendly and happy to help with any requests etc.

Bay Grill is awesome. My go to all day every day. Corner pieces of the pizzas are brilliant. Chips are cool

Yummy pizza, allways tasty and full of cheese and all the good tippings. I had a 12 inch vegetarian pizza with extra jalapeno.

The doner kebabs and a excellent size and quality.
