PIZZA DOUGH

Had previously great experience with this take away. But new years eve absolutely a disaster. Ordered food £60 worth at 18.30 was told to expect food at 20.15. Waited until 21.00 when I asked they said food being prepared. Did not arrive until after 22.00. Ordered early to beet the rush but still waited over 3.5 hrs. Very disappointing.

My family and I love Pizza Dough. We have returned time and time again. The seasoned fries are to die for. Food is always hot and tasty. The staff are friendly, courteous and attentive.

I would give 0 stars of possible. It took 2.5 hours for our delivery. We were told on two occasions that our food was cooking, only to be waiting for a further hour after the first time we were told this. Won't be ordering again as this was the third bad experience this year!

Absolutely fuming with pizza dough!!! Ordered a pizza for me and my partner last night at 6:30 it took 2 hours so phoned them up and they told me it had been delivered and I didn’t receive a pizza and didn’t give me a refund I think! Turned out they delivered it to a neighbour over the road. I’ve heard off a few people about ordering from this place and having cold pizzas delivered! Stick to dominos or porkies pizza in Pontypool from now on! Thanks for your the terrible costumer service too I will never order from this place and hope other people do the same thing

Best pizza in South wales, unbelievable especially if have the garlic drizzle on top. Chips really nice too. Try to avoid ordering prime time otherwise there can be lengthy delays

Absolutely shocking. Ordered food at 19:25 estimated arrival 19:50-20:10. Called at 20:20 still being cooked. Called at 20:50 and 'it's on its way'. 21:00 and still not here. Maybe it will turn up for breakfast

Very good food, pizza not grease at all. Generous portions and decent prices.

Can't ask more for takeaway food.

This place has improved massively. Best margherita pizza in cwmbran.
