Brecon Chicken & Pizza Land

After eating tuna bean pasta for the past 2 weeks I was looking forward to a nice pizza and some chicken. We waited 3 hours for our food which on arrival was cold and of very poor quality. The chicken was dry and the pizza was meant to be a house special but there was nothing special about it. It tasted like a flip flop. Also there was food missing from our order which cost over 160 pound sterling. Not good enough. The customer service was good initially but when we questioned our missing food it turned into a debate which probably burned more calories than the chicken could have provided. Never again!!

Came to Brean Beacons with 40 students and spoke with staff from shop day before to ensure they can accommodate to our group and dietary requirements. Ordered food for after we got back to our accommodation from day of activities which they agreed was fine, however they turned up an hour early, so pizza was cold and not one single dip was supplied even though we spent a couple of hundred pounds. Would advise anyone thinking of using this establishment to avoid at all costs there are alternative fast food outlets.

Normally the food is nice and they deliver on time. However, I never personally go in to buy food as I find the staff constantly staring and giving dirty looks at customers and passing people. They've had a couple of days where the food wasn't as good as it normally was. Pizza dough not being fully cooked or there chicken tasting like burnt oil. Usually it very good so I want to give it the benefit of the doubt.

Used to be the best takeaway after a night out in Brecon however it has sadly gone down hill.

The business was also in the newspapers for a different reason to which doesn’t do the place any favours.

Lovely chicken & Friendly service, Joseph is a top man ! Watch out for there chilli sauce though it's HOT

Mine and 7 blokes experience of this place was not satisfactory, the food i.e chicken was over cooked and soggy chips no salad in any of the burgers(when asked for) and the order was not complete on recipe of it.

Pizza was great - met expectations for deep pan pizza, on par with all the national chains. Can't comment on other parts of takeaway menu, but feel the need to comment based on low average review on Google - I'd happily order pizza there again, liked it! We visited due to the guy at the much higher rated pizza joint around the corner having so many orders he looked like he was going to explode. Good for him, but thought I'd give him a break...

Had chicken family meal was really bad wouldn't go there again chips were OK but chicken was like it had been reheated wad dry and tasted like oil was old.
