Niños & Niñas ( English - Spanish Nursery )

Niños and niñas is a very lovely nursery. Staff are very friendly and always showing respect. The children always look happy, they play loads of activities as they always tell the parents what kind of games they play. Staff are welcoming to dietary needs of the children and hygiene is always tip top. No complaints at all. Recommend this nursery to any new parents looking for a nursery place 👍

My son currently attends Niños & Niñas nursery and absolutely loves it!
As a parent I highly recommend this nursery, they have amazing, professional and helpful management and a fantastic team working alongside with the children.
They do so much with the children, my son is always smiling! They are creating great foundations for the children as they move on to the next part of education. The uniform is practical and very smart and can be worn in all weather's. I feel that children enjoy the sense of equality when wearing a uniform.
The nursery offers the gift of bilingualism which is very hard to find. I travel nearly an hour from Essex just so my son can attend Niños & Niñas.
I am so impressed with this nursery... I don't want my son to ever leave!

The first person you will be in contact with is Rebeca, who is welcoming and attentive and ensures you are comfortable and aware through every step of the orientation for both you and your child.

Exceptional nursery. Staff are friendly and make learning for the children enjoyable and fun. The use of language is very important and as the nursery is a English-Spanish nursery Spanish is incorporated to the kids through the use of play.
It is hard to find a nursery that truly care about your children and push constantly and strive for them to do better. My daughter has excelled at nursery and I can’t thank the staff. Each child has different needs and the nursery staff carter to all to ensure the children are getting the best quality care and striving in their environment. I am constantly and consistently updated with what is happening each term and each day through their online journal.

hello my daughter is going to ninos ninas nursery now. but I'm so tired of the management's money worries. But that is insufficient. Firstly just money all time for managers. She sent the message for money just. and in the beginning he took more money from us and then we realized it ourselves. that didn't warn us.The manager does not wear the uniform that all employees and children must wear, and requires children to wear thick uniforms in very hot weather. Also, the uniform of cold winter days and hot summer days is the same.

Very negative experience for the 3 weeks my child was there. I was told my child could open the stair gate and nothing was done to prevent this but the safety of the children is “paramount.” The nursery is easily accessible by members of the public not secure at all.

I took my my child out of the nursery due the condition, staff and deceit. Upon applying to the nursery I was told after my child turns 3 I would be able to change the days unfortunately this was not the case, I then informed the nursery that my child would be leaving as a result of this but then I got a call hours later that “a child is moving out the area and this now a space.”
Fast forward… later on that day I was then told they couldn’t accommodate my child as my child doesn’t listen and cannot sit still for story time bearing in mind this was my child’s first time at a nursery and it had only been 2 weeks.

Rebeca also tried to scam me by saying she would claim for my 30 hours entitlement but my child will only be allowed to come for 15 hours because he can’t sit down for a story.

The Nursery Manager Rebeca just seemed to care about money and not about the kids. The staff were very negligent, when I would do drop offs and pick ups I’d always see kids crying, the older boys fighting and kids running around with snotty noses.

I was also told by Rebeca that if you do not allow staff to kiss your children they will not be allowed to attend.

I would NOT recommend this establishment and I’m currently in the process of reporting them to ofsted as they need to be closed down IMMEDIATELY.

Niños & Niñas has been such a lovely nursery for our daughter. The staff are lovely. They are always doing lots of different activities with the kids. They find ways to incorporate Spanish and share this with us on the Tapestry.. Their hours are convenient and they have a great outside space for the kids to play.

My son loved going to Ninos y Ninas, there were always fun activities, lots of variety, he was never ever bored. He made some wonderful friends and loved all his teachers. Would definitely recommend this nursery!

Just want to say how happy I am I chose Niños & Niñas nursery for my 1 year old little girl - the staff members will always answer your queries with no delay, my little one at 1st was so scared to leave me but within a couple weeks she now runs in and waves me goodbye and I’m able to walk away with a smile on my face knowing she’s in good hands and loving every moment there :)
