One star too many. Awful service. Terrible communication. My surgery did not go ahead due to dates being rescheduled time after time due to their surgeons availability constantly changing. I gave my deposit promptly and was told if my surgery would not happen for any reason I would be given a full refund within 28 working days, here I am 10 weeks later. My calls are currently being unanswered. I have e-mailed also. So disappointed.

HORRENDOUS CLINIC NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND ! The staff were extremely unprofessional, the receptionist was rude. When I attended my consultation with the Dr he made me feel extremely uncomfortable and insure about my appearance. By using very insensitive words. He was absolutely horrible. I'm disgusted by his poor conduct and work ethic. His lack of care towards customers is shameful. PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

They never ever answer the phone, the worst communication I have ever experienced from a company. Not willing to help me just book in an appointment, I am a previous client and the service was amazing 6 years ago.. not sure what has happened to this company but clearly it's gone completely down hill.

Started off ok but then I decided to cancel my appointment with the surgeon face to face. I was in time to cancel and I was told I would receive a refund within 28 days.
It is now over 3 months later and I am without this £500 deposit still! I have called 3 times and had it confirmed the refund would be processed, I have emailed and also spoken to multiple online assistantsz the most recent to be Jodi, who said she would pass me on to the office to be called immediately.
Still NOTHING. Absolutely unbelievable...I'm glad I didn't go ahead with any surgery with this company, as I can't imagine how I would have been treated after it!
I will now start legal action against them to get my money back.

Don’t use this clinic! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, had my surgery 5 months ago and I’m still yet to have my 12 week aftercare appointment due to them never answering the phone or my emails! Staff are rude, very quick to take your money and then you are forgotten about after. Nurses and aftercare is very slap dash, I was walking out of the hospital just over an hour after waking up, terrible experience much better company’s to use out there!

If I could rate no stars I would. But unfortunately I had to put 1 star to even leave a review, which if I’m honest they do not deserve.

I had an appointment booked for today, was confirmed over 1 month ago, arrived, only to see a NOTE on the door saying ‘clinic cancelled, call this number etc’
I’m not being funny but if you’re going to put a number to call because you’ve closed the clinic and NOT informed anyone of this closure then ANSWER the phone. I’m absolutely disgusting.

After going through to pinewoods hospital - they said they’d get someone to call me asap, nothing yet! - apparently it’s due to the company going into LIQUIDATION.

Avoid avoid avoid.

My visit was due to having issues following a treatment carried out by the company. But by looks of this they won’t rectify those issues if they can’t even answer the phone to book me in to check from a health point of view not just cosmetic.

Also I’d love for someone to contact me back so I can get reimbursed for my travel expenses as I travelled over 2 hours to get here & to stand outside the clinic then travel 2 hours back home.

Had surgery booked for December tried to contact them to send them gp letters like they asked for and all emails have been locked off the phone isn't being answered had to find out through a review that they have been shut down, on the phone to my bank now to try and get my 500 deposit back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

I do not recommend ! I wouldn't even give them one star! Stay away from these mendacious people! The worst clinic I've had contact with. A year ago I had operations and, of course, because of the incomplete doctor Nathan ... I was very dissatisfied. I had a few visits with him and we agreed that there would be one more operation. So far I have been calling this reception desk all they says that she can't tell me anything when I have an operation or that she will call me back, Or that Doctor Nathan is on Holiday ...Bla bla bla . Nobody ever calls back and now they ignore my calls. I spent a lot of money there! They are simply not care with unsatisfied clients or any one they just care about money. Now have I decided to share my opinion because I can see that I will not receive any change or help from this clinic! They should close down this clinic!
