Excellent service! The plumber came the next day and arrived bang on time. He was very pleasant, did a great job and cleaned up really well.

We have had Hopkins to do work for us in the past and we trust them to do a good job for us. We called them in to replace our 18 year old gas boiler. Very timely response to our request for a call, survey completed and quotation given. The work was carried out cleanly, carefully and great care was taken in our house, as good as though the engineers were working on their own homes. They were polite and informative, leaving us with no mess to clear up and full instructions about how to use our new boiler. Toasty warm house, which we expect to be efficient in use.
