Was amazed that I got a plumber sent to me the same day and exactly on time who identified the problem and ordered parts to come back after the weekend to fix. Again, arrived on time and fixed the problem and the cost was as expected. Super impressed with everything from start to finish. Will definitely use again and highly recommend upon my own experience of using their service.

I asked Dean to check all the plumbing in my Victorian house. He thoroughly examined the whole system and made very sensible and cost-effective suggestions for dealing with the problems, which I am about to commission. I'd called on Dean because of previous exemplary service from the Presland team when they solved a heating problem in my (modern) apartment which had defeated various engineers over a period of 5 years.
I can't recommend Dean and his team highly enough - give them a try!

It's taken me a while to find a reliable, responsive and good value plumber in Cambridge. I've used Presland Plumbing for a few jobs in the last couple of months and they've been excellent. Will definitely be my first port of call for any plumbing needs going forward.

Boiler Service - I was sent a reminder by Lorna before the service due date, this show the courtesy and efficiency from the company, so went ahead and booked my boiler service with Presland Plumbing Ltd second year running, Dean the owner turned up prompt on the day of the appointment in fact to be precise 8mins before the appointment. Service was completed within 15-20mins, efficiently, no mess, very polite and informative, most importantly I appreciated the fact that he took off his shoes without even asking, unlike most traders you have to ask them to remove their shoes. We were really pleased with Presland's service. We had a leak in our toilet and were a bit worried about it. We contacted three different plumbers before contacting Presland and they all asked for excessive prices and even though we agreed to their prices, they all cancelled the job successively - three tries, three cancellations! When I contacted Presland plumbing I was getting a bit desperate. They were very helpful, they intervened a day after I called and Steve, the plumbing engineer who came to our flat, really made sure we weren't overpaying, offering us several solutions to fix the leak. In the end, he had to go buy an extra part to replace a pipe but it was after exploring cheaper options. The price we paid was still very reasonable. It was all good value, for a good quality and friendly service. I will call them again.

This is the second year we've used Presland for our boiler servicing and we'll be back next year! The staff all seem really professional; they turn up on time and don't leave any mess; they don't try the 'hard sell' on new equipment; and the prices are very reasonable. Recommended!
