Jody and his team carried out a complete refit on our en-suite shower room. From beginning to completion everything was stress free for us. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. They always cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure we were happy with their work. An excellent all round service. We are very happy with the completed work and would highly recommend them.

Jody and his team completely renovated our two bathrooms and upgraded us to a combi boiler in a matter of weeks. Everyone was so professional and made such an effort to ensure that we were happy at every key stage of the project.

I recently had my old back boiler removed and a new combi boiler installed by J&D Betts. I couldn't be more happy with the service that they provided. They were very professional and accomodating as I couldn't be there for them to start the job. They were very reasonably priced and were very keen for me to be there upon completion in order to explain the boiler settings and operation. I would recommend them to anyone. A*

Fantastic service. Jody and his team came out to fix our underfloor heating that had stopped working. Nothing was to much trouble...I would highly recommend them.

Having had several local Plumbing companies to look at taking on the work I required (but being either unhappy with their responses or previous work carried out) I turned to J&D Betts. I had a new Boiler installed which was akin to having a first time install not a simple upgrade, two new radiators and a complete new bathroom. Having come over for the initial survey and measuring (at an agreed time) I was next left with a clear costing to base my choices around. This gave some ‘wriggle room’ and allowed me to choose everything from toilet to flooring and tiles to taps from a wide selection of styles. Having confirmed the details, I was given a date for the install process to begin, and sure enough Jody and his team arrived to begin on the agreed date.

They took great care of my property laying protective plastic over carpeted areas and at the end of each day tidying up their tools and any debris. Despite the house throwing up numerous challenges, they overcome everything to finish on time. I now have a very efficient boiler, and a beautifully finished bathroom.

I really would recommend them because it’s not just about their experience and care, those who work with them from Electrician to Tiler to Joiner all share in their same values of customer care and attention to detail. Finally, I believe the price was value for money too.

Jodie’s team of Richard and Ardent did a great job of replacing our old shower cubicle with a spangly new one. Very clean workers and all the rubbish was taken away when they’d finished. They sorted out a couple of small niggly things that I’ve been meaning to do for ages!
Highly recommend.
