Thank you Paresh and team. They were quick to respond to my requests and were able to fix my water heater right away. I’ve contacted different companies before but it was only Rare Plumbing who was able to address the main issue of my water heater. Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time than anticipated and that saved me money off the original quote. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!!

We had a New Boiler installation after 30 plus years - I did lots of research & had many quotes. We chose Presh as he is extremely knowledgeable & we had full confidence that he would be the right kind of person to deal with if we had any problems. His positive & can do attitude and pleasant manner is the kind of person I know I wanted to deal with. I was extremely nervous about things going wrong especially with an old system however it was utterly problem free. Had I know it was going to be this seamless I would have done it years ago and saved myself a fortune in energy costs. I highly recommend Presh & his wonderful team he will not be the cheapest however if you need quality & expertise than he is the man. Thank you

I went to their 85 Great Portland Street address and they aren’t there, it’s just a ‘box’. While they acknowledged my service call they never came.

RARE Plumbing are fast and efficient. My boiler had stopped working and i contacted Rare Plumbing team and they came out on the same day to have a look at the issue and applied a temporary fix whilst they ordered a new boiler. The boiler arrived within 2 days and they installed straight away. I highly recommend their services even if they maybe slightly more expensive than other plumbers.
