I contacted this company to have a look at my boiler, when they arrived i explained the problem and we talked for 5 minutes then he left. A week later i received a letter being charged £60 for a 5 minute chat. I was not informed at any time that i would be charged for an enquiry. I would not advise using this company or at least do your research first.

We had a new Worcester boiler fitted in Jan 2022. From the initial query to installation Padgett's were very professional indeed and polite . I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Moreover, a few months later we had a very slight leak coming from an area where they had replaced some pipework during the original work and they came out and quickly rectified the issue within an hour. Excellent. Thank you.

Fitted my boiler in 2019, no problem. Service every year since and no problem. I have waited in all day today for a scheduled appointment to fit a toilet seat. Not an ordinary toilet seat I could have done that myself. First appointment was 30th March and I was told they would have to order the seat. 25th May booked for seat fitting but nobody arrived. Several phone calls made and messages left but no reply. It's 3 stars because of the boiler and follow up. If my review was based on my recent experience I would have given it one star and that's because I can't give a 0.
