Sanderson NW Ltd

Recently moved into a new build Story home and they use Sanderson's for all the plumbing and heating work. Have to say everyone seems lovely. Workmen are always clean and tidy and friendly and leave your home tidy after completing any work.

We encountered an issue with the pipes in the main bathroom, making a loud banging type noise when the sink was eptied of hot water. After reporting the problem to the builder they attended on three seperate occasions. Without much effort, they concluded that they had no idea what was causing it! We requested that the builder ask Sanderson's NW Ltd to attend and this was agreed. Sanderson's attended today and sorted the problem within 20 minutes. The Sanderson's plumber was amazing and diagnosed the issue straight away.

Came in to sort out gurgling noise in sink when washer and dishwasher are on. Made problem worse and now won't come back to sort it out - disgraceful.

called them out of hours and they arrived within 30 minutes , very impressive service

Nearly ran me off the road with my child in the car because he was so desperate to get through the light furst. An absolute liability.

Driver of Van cut me off after doing 50 in a 30 zone, then proceeded to tailgate the cars in front within touching distance for the next 5 minutes. Doesn't look like I am the first to complain either judging by other reviews. Wouldn't recommend using him as his lack of respect and care probably carries over into his plumbing work.

Almost had 1 of the van drivers PK17 SUO park his van in my boot down the m6, with my 1 yo and 8yo children in the back. Erratic dangerous driving, tailgating and putting alot of people at risk. Not the wisest move when you're in a sign written van advertising quite a well established business...
Judging by previous reviews, this sadly isn't 1st time this has happened. Let's hope something is done before it results in a fatality
