I used Steve for all the plumbing on a house renovation a while back which was a great experience. I then had an emergency when some elderly relatives moved into a property in winter and two of the radiators weren't working (one in the main bedroom). Steve extended his working day to come out to them and what they thought was two new radiators turned out to be something minor (that only a plumber would know). That kind of honesty in a tradesman is rare to find. I can wholeheartedly recommend Steve and we thank you again.

Initially was very difficult to get this guy to come. Once he came, big talk of easily fixing the job, (separating a water connection pipe), leaving his card, displaying that he’s available and then he vanished. Now has been 2 weeks. No response. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. Would be common courtesy to let someone know even if you cannot do the job, instead of leaving them hanging, doesn’t attend the calls or messages despite being online. Haven’t had water for 4 weeks, humanity and decency is dead these days or perhaps it was discrimination.
