Awful company. Major issues. The plumber caused a huge water leak after fitting an unsafe boiler and couldn't find the source. We ended up with a huge gas bill and damp underneath floor and despite calling office numerous times, owner never returned my calls. Have not received so much as an apology and when I asked for them to pay the huge water bill we ended up with, they declined. Owner is rude, staff overworked due to his laziness and incompetence. Pete Miller is everything a company owner should not be!

We asked Miller plumbing to service our boiler and I was pleased that they gave me an appointment for the next day. The plumber came out within the time frame they promised and I was happy. Sadly within 24 hour's I could smell gas coming from my boiler. I rang the owner who said they would come out approx 16 hours later!! With 2 small children under 3 I called back and said I was very worried given my boiler was leaking and she said she was short staffed and to call national grid. I did this and they confirmed the plumber had failed to put this he boiler back together properly after the service and that it was leaking gas. As a result he capped my meter which left me with no gas. They did after another rather hysterical phone call come out and correct the problem but none the less a very dangerous mistake which left national grid very concerned over their practices. Would not recommend.

These guys fixed my broken boiler very quickly.
I was contacted and told someone would visit between 1pm-5pm on Friday,Lewis arrived promptly at 1pm, a new part was ordered, I was informed they would call again to fit the new part between 9am-10am on the following Wednesday, again Lewis was on time. Fixed the boiler, very professional,friendly and tidy.
I have no reservations recommending this company.

Ordered nest smart thermostat and they are allegedly proffesional installation service. After 2 attempts still not working properly. I sorted out the problem myself with the help of you tube. Don't use this company customer as the service is terrible and Their knowledge is limited

I would just like to express my profound gratitude to Rachel, Kier and Dougie.
Their communication, competency and professionalism was second to none as they came to sort out a problem deemed too difficult by our insurers first choice of tradesmen, who refused to go up a ladder to fix our flu. Because of this we were left without hot water for five and a half days but were saved by the team at Millers. Thoroughly recommended, thanks guys.

They arranged the day and time for my boiler service. Phoned the night before and said they are not coming, re-arranged for the day after, waited for them to arrive and yes you quessed it, they didn't even show. No phone call, nothing. You cannot contact this company by phone, stay clear or waste days waiting for them NOT to arrive. This was just a service, I wouldn't like to think if the boiler wasn't working.

Fitted a new three way valve, didn’t work I managed to call engineer back while he was still in the area, he returned and left telling me all was now ok. However one hour later it broke down again, when I called engineer he told me he was almost in Carlisle and couldn’t come back. I then contacted baxi boilers direct who attended and fixed the problem, apparently this outfit had wired the three way valve incorrectly crossing the white a yellow wires
Originally I was told we could pay by direct debit but I was actually escorted to aATM in our village to get cash, very intimidating experience for a OAP
Now is seems they must have closed down as we are getting no response from them
Useless avoid at all cost

Loss of hot water, sent email got a response within 30 mins, Kier was at my property within in 2hrs and the problem was fixed easily
