Needed my new boiler installed and hired James to complete the work . Fast with a high quality of work would recommend to others to hire

I previously left a negative review due to the lack of contact (not calling back as promised) and as a result I found an alternative plumber.
James has had the courtesy to call me back today and explain that for the past 3 weeks he has experienced considerable problems with his phone. As a result of this I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
Please bear in mind that I cannot comment on his workmanship as I had to use an alternative due to the telephone problem he was suffering and under the circumstances I consider this to be a fair review.

James Roy completely replaced our central heating system including boiler, rads and controls. We have been pleased with it ever since. He later installed a water softener device and has carried out maintenance of the boiler and freeing of stuck radiator valves. We are pleased with the services that James provides.

James had fitted our new boiler last year. We were very happy with his work and of his team. On this occasion he came out on a Sunday as the hot water wasn't working and got it going again. I can highly recommend James and his team.
