I contacted CGS in July 2021. Survey scheduled for works in August 2021 (cancelled with only a few hours notice) due to them having to complete an emergency repair. Rescheduled to Sept 2021. Survey & Quote obtained in Sept. Agreed quote and attempted to schedule a date for installation in Oct. Was given option of Nov 21 or Jan 22 but was advised Nov date would likely be cancelled due to upcoming paternity leave. I agreed to January but did not hear back from them. Chased this by phone and email over the next few months, their only response was that they would get back to me. Never heard from them again. Got a (cheaper) quote and installation in much quicker time frame from a competitor.
Absolute time wasters.

Great. Engineer David was really friendly, professional and informative, a real credit to the company. Booking was easy. Payment system streamline and straight forward.

Will use again.

Following a stay in hospital I came home to find that I had no hot water. I called Clare who managed to arrange a visit for me the very next day. Engineer David arrived on time and soon had the problem fixed - can't ask for a better service - thank you

Clarkes were due today (Friday) 12 to 4.30pm to give me a quote for boiler service, new radiator and two thermostats needing adjustment. At 4pm I received a call cancelling due to the engineer dealing with a gas leak elsewhere. Whilst I accept these things happen this was booked on the 29th September, so having waited a month obviously I was not too happy on being told the next available day would be a further two weeks on the 10th November. Question: why was this job not the first on the list on Monday morning? It would seem I’d been put to the back of the queue. I therefore cancelled the entire thing.

Trustworthy, professional service would highly recommend. Came to my rescue after massive let down from Bgas and have used these ever since. Excellent communication from office with knowledgable engineers.
