MasterPlumb

I had never used MasterPlumb before. I contacted them based on their positive reviews. My need was a small one, i.e. a repair to my kitchen faucet. Plumber arrived on time the very next day, and completed the job without delay. I appreciated that he was courteous and professional. Should I have additional plumbing needs, I will not hesitate to contact MasterPlumb again. I have confidence in them.

Called them late on a Friday evening they was out the very same afternoon to deal with a emergency plumbing issue at my property. Got everything done in the same hour and i found the prices to be fair.

Very quick service, was able to attend same day and sorted blocked drain within one hour. Will definitely use again.

My water heater is 15 years old and started making funny noise. I found MasterPlumb in local Google search and decided to try them. I was not mistaken by hiring this guys. They installed me 50 gallons water heater by Bradford While and gave me 1 year labor warranty. It was very impressed by such an easy process for me. Highly recommend them to everyone.

We came from vacation and found out our water heater had no hot water. We called MasterPlumb they asked for few pictures of our old water heater and they arrived very prepared , used blankets to protect the floors, shoe covers. I was so impressed with great job and professionalism of this guys. Highly recommend to everyone.

Asked for plumber for repair none emergency. Had to pay in advance for 1 hr. Turned up
Saw water already isolated, did not deisolate, did not even try repair, did not even look at what was involved.Told me could only be repaired by smashing tiles around toilet and left and charged. Since fixed by second plumber.

Quick enough too take money, Actually coming through in a genuine emergency... tut tut. You should be ashamed. 3 people rang me and said yep we can do it and 3 phone calls saying we haven't got the correct pipe when I specifically told you what pipe you needed. Trying too phone you and you are now not answering. Coincidence I think not. Especially when I have two young kids below the age of 5 and no hot water or heating...
