Paul was in the middle of a job when I phoned him out of the blue - although he couldn’t get to me straight away, he took the time to talk me through a solution to my predicament - what a kind thing to do! Later he came to the house and sorted the issues very quickly and all’s been good since. I definitely recommend him.

Had to call Paul out this morning. He responded straight away and said he'd be a couple of hours to get to me. Arrived in 1 hour 50 mins so excellent estimate. Skilled and professional. Honest and decent guy. As I'm new to the area I had to rely on reviews for him. Absolutely trustworthy reviews and very helpful. Quick job and good advice given. Definitely recommended from my experience.

Gareth came out on a Sunday within 30 minutes of our call to fix a shower that wouldn’t turn off. Very quick and polite service.

Boiler packed up over a very cold night so freezing house in the morning and no hot water. Called at 8:30 (Sunday morning). Paul arrived about an hour later having been up most of the night on other jobs and manged to get our boiler working again. Phew!

We cannot thank Paul and Sam enough for their fantastic service. They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. Excellent service once again from EPH. Rang Paul this morning when I found that I didn't have any hot water and whilst not an emergency, Gareth was out to fix it within a very short period of time. I have used EPH for various plumbing problems over the last few years and have always found them to be prompt and courteous from start to finish, and always very reasonably priced. I have recommended them to several friends and family, all of whom have been as impressed with the service as I have. I would not use anyone else.
