Paul and his team are our first point of call for any plumbing/gas/electrical work on our home and we have no reservations in recommending them to others. The quality of the work is great, but what we've most appreciated is the level of communication with Paul, which has taken so much of the stress out of the process.

PQ Plumbers did an amazing job on our Bathroom. Paul was so considerate and helpful when giving us quotes for the work which wanted done, he then kept in touch and and was always on hand to answer questions. Karl completed the work on our bathroom and he was so lovely and did a brilliant job. Everything was finished to the highest standard and again was happy to answer any questions I had and even completed some extra bits we forgot about for us. I would highly recommend PQ plumbers and will definitely be using them again.

Paul and his team come highly recommended. PQ plumbers are reliable and trustworthy. Paul gave us really sound advice early on when we were still deciding on a bathroom layout. We never felt they were trying to upsell us, but genuinely help us design a bathroom with our young family in mind. They were always tidy and friendly whilst working. We are so pleased with our new bathroom.

Paul and his team did a complete bathroom refurbishment on our Edwardian home. I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Importantly to me, Paul's communication was concise and efficient. He listened carefully to our requirements and as a result, we got exactly what we had invisaged. Paul was able to make recommendations based on the age of our property and kept us up to date on the work throughout. The work was completed quickly and they even hoovered up after themselves!

The finish on the bathroom is very precise (and I am quite the perfectionist!). Nothing was too much work for Paul and the team, and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you!

I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the process answering emails and questions and helping us choose the right fittings and giving guidance. On the day our plumber Karl was exceptional, super tidy and the work was incredibly good. We had a new sink and tap Install and a new heated towel rail and once he'd left you wouldn't have known he'd been in the bathroom it was spotless. Recommend highly to anyone needing plumbing services of any kind.

We have used PQ Plumbers twice now, the first time for a complete bathroom renovation and then to replace our boiler and a couple of radiators. They did such a good job with the bathroom that we didn’t hesitate to go back when we decided to have the boiler done. Both times Paul was very professional, friendly and helpful, going through all the options and discussing what would suit us best. The guys who completed the work were also very professional, tidy and did a great job. We were more than happy to leave a key with them so they could come and go while we were at work. We can’t recommend PQ Plumbers highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Paul for everything you have done for us!

I would highly recommend this business. We struggled to even get others to quote/turn up, but we spoke to Paul and he was so helpful. Basically we had a split shower tray, that tray repairers had told us it was not repairable. Unfortunately for us the tray was tiled in! Paul came and looked, he also spotted that our grout lines had started to crack, and said that there is likely moisture behind as a result. We ended up going backwards and forwards (nightmare customers!!) with added and removing bits from the quote. Paul was very patient, and all of this was done with no quibble. Once we agreed a start date that was quick, Paul and Karl turned up. Paul effectively handed the job over to Karl, but made sure he knew what we had wanted etc. Karl was nice and clearly very competent. My wife only uses trades people that “she gets a good feeling about” and both Karl and Paul passed this test! The shower has been completed to the spec we had agreed.it was quick and is fantastic quality/workmanship. Place was left tidy after, and fantastic communication. You honestly couldn’t ask for more. They made good suggestions along the way,like adding the tray onto a plinth so it doesn’t crack again (or risk cracking), risks of removing and reinstalling the door etc. all billed as agreed with no surprises. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, and a bonus they are both family men.

It is apparent how passionate they are about their work, always making sure you are left with the highest finish. The bathrooms they fitted were not always straight forward but they have excellent problem solving skills.

We will definitely be using PQ plumbers again!
