As I’m not local to the area I needed to find and use a new plumber for my renovation project.
Work included a New boiler installation, bathroom second fix, radiators and kitchen second fix.
Met Steve at the property, went through what was required.
Quote arrived next day, work was carried out at the times requested even though I’d moved the days because of delays. Steve was and still is always available on the phone to discuss matters.
I will be renovating again in the very near future and will definitely be using Steve again.

Moving house and discovered late the night before we were unable to disconnect the washing machine. Got in contact with Steve and he said he would be over just after 10am the morning of the move. Arrived promptly and sorted the issue within 5 minutes. Friendly guy and good value considering he came out within 12 hours notice.

We needed a new ball valve assembly to stop a leak. We were kept informed about time of attendance and the job was finished perfectly, and an extra stop valve fitted as well. Very pleased with the service. Job completed within 5 hours of being requested.

Steve came out to us on the same day to a leaking toilet. He fixed the problem and went out to find the right part to finish the job in same day. Excellent service, we would definitely use Ask Co plumbing & heating again. I would also recommend this business.

Steve is a good man, spoke to him over the phone can tell he was built to do what it is he does. The only plumber in Northampton that bothered giving me the time of day and carefully walk me through sorting it out myself. Excellent service.

Avoid! He is a COWBOY fixing and installing boilers but he is NOT a Gas Safe register! We waited more a month for an invoice, mentioning he was in hospital!
