Very professional and prompt service received

Business not used, nor would trust. Tried to crash into my car while driving due to their horrific way of driving and stopping their van in the road after. They have been reported to the police.

J&W attended to conduct a service on our combi boiler and, in the process of doing so, discovered a potentially dangerous issue. They promptly ordered the required parts and installed them quickly, even though it was over the Christmas period. At all times, they were courteous and kept us informed of the status of the project.
