Wow, what can I say. A totally professional and pleasant experience from the initial phone call to the completion of the job only a couple of hours later.
My shower pump went this morning so I rang ABE services as I’d been recommended them by a friend.
I’m so glad I did, within 2 hours I had two really professional and efficient plumbers replacing my pump quickly and without any fuss or mess and best of all at a fantastic price. The shower is now better than ever!

I used Paul and his team to replace my new back boiler a few weeks back after it packed up (We were bloody freezing!). They were responsive, professional and polite. Kelly in the office was very helpful organising and booking the work in and they have installed a new combination boiler in my loft space. It's hard to find decent local tradesmen but GHPS are perfect.

Twice now we have called GHPS in the last few weeks and they have detected the problem and quickly found a resolution and fixed it all with professionalism and speed! From the office team to the hands on work we have had a great experience with GHPS and highly recommend.

Arranged to have GHPS come to do a few of our Landlords certificates for our properties in St Albans. Very happy with the service, they advised clearly and helped to put some minor things right to bring the systems up to the current code for passing.

The booking process was simple, engineer came out on time as arranged the tenant to be in the property waiting for them, carried out the work and advised every step of the way.

Would happily recommend and booked their services in for next year.

Booked in an appointment to get my boiler fixed. Worked around their timings and made sure someone was in the flat all day waiting for them. Only found out in the evening once I chased them for an update on how the visit went that no one had actually bothered to turn up! Was told they got stuck on another job but it's no excuse not to communicate this especially when a friend of mine had given up their time all day to wait for them! They previously claimed they totally understood how it felt to be in the cold during winter with no heating but instead of offering to prioritise a visit said they could try arrange another one next week. Hardly helpful. Poor service and communication.

Paul and the team at GHPS were absolutely spot on. From our first contact to right through to the job being finished was nothing short of professionalism.

I would highly recommend using the team at GHPS, and will definitely be using them for my future gas and plumbing needs.

Can't fault these guys.
I had an issue with pressure dropping on my boiler and they came out next day, resolved the situation and talked me through what they'd done.
Phoned to take card payment aswell which saved me time.
