Ubique Plumbing & Heating

I was recommended Ubique through a friend and am pleased to say that David, the lead plumber is a professional, polite and friendly person who did an excellent job. Too many times have I been given the mess around with other contractors who say they will turn up, I book the time off work to be there, only to find that they cancel last minute for some reason or another. Therefore, finding someone who is reliable, does a good job, and actually turns up when they say they will is a refreshing experience and Ubique has achieved that. To that point I highly recommend employing David and his team for any plumbing tasks. Additionally, David also was able to give me some advice on other non-plumbing related questions (venting equipment for my cooker hood), which enabled me to fix a few problems myself. Another example of his professionalism.

Fantastic friendly and professional service. I had a new Worcester boiler fitted and they did a super job. They were prompt with everything, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. I would definitely use their services again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A thoroughly professional and pleasant experience! Dave was very quick to give me a quote for a new combi boiler, which was very reasonable. He was able to fit it a week later, and process which was neat and clean, and took one working day. Dave and Harry were friendly and helpful. They mended a boiler and installed a washing machine. The work was of a great standard and quality service by genuinely nice people.

Dave has carried out work for both my mum and I. Dave is a gentlemen, is incredibly professional and thorough in his work. Dave is also very considerate of the needs of his customers. My mum is deaf and he went out of his way to ensure she knew what was happening; something which is rare to see.
