Very helpful.... from the lady on the phone to Tom who visited to check everything out with my dad/brother's kitchen sink that hadn't been draining properly. Dad is bed bound and my brother is his carer so the easy call to arrange visit and the quick visit itself was much appreciated by all of us.

Had an issue looked at by a previous plumber, only resolved for a few days. Was getting worried as it was Friday and we were getting married Saturday.! Had 8 people in the house with a downstairs toilet not draining. Emailed this company, got a quick response. After explaining the situation James was with us within the hour.! Problem diagnosed and completely sorted.! Such a huge relief.! Fast, friendly and extremely efficient service. Would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them and cannot thank everyone enough for their help.! Absolutely superb.

Tom and James provided a brilliant service, they detected and fixed a water leak that was causing odour issues. They were professional, helpful and tidy workers. Tom was friendly and provided me with updates as he carried out the work. I would use this company again.

I had the roots cuts from by drains and then it lined. Tom & Andy was very informative about the job and explained clearly what needed to be done. Tom was also lovely and friendly too. Communication was great and i like having an email to let me know they were on their way. Would definitely use again. thank you!

This is a company that has the right people in the right jobs.
Everyone I've dealt with at Drain Doctor is friendly and helpful, and has the skills and knowledge needed to get the job done. Over the past five years they sorted out my problems with a blocked sewer, toilet waste not flushing away/ returning after being flushed away, burst pipe to external tap, and water from drains coming up through the kitchen sink when the washing machine empties. They quote you a reasonable price, then they make sure they deliver an excellent service. My advice to you - 'Just use Drain Doctor...it's not worth bothering with anyone else'.

Tom Gibbons was beyond helpful. He sorted out my immediate drain problem and recommended what was required to rectify the ongoing problem. Tom was very knowledgeable and patient and I’m really pleased with the service he gave. I would definitely recommend Drain Doctor.

We honestly cannot recommend this company enough. Not only did they come out to us quickly (which we really appreciate to minimise business interruption) but Tom, the guy who came out was absolutely lovely. He was knowledgeable, professional and wanted to do everything he could to get us back up and running. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was also great. If you need a drain unblocked or any plumbing don't hesitate to contact these guys. You won't regret it!

Brilliant and fast service. Friendly and helpful staff (Kerry and Andrew). Andrew came as an emergency expecting to fix a leaking stop tap which turned out to be a split pipe in a very inaccessible place. He didn’t stop until he had fixed it ( late into the evening). I highly recommend them.
