Stu has been brilliant. Having had a tough time with a plumber previously, we were hoping to find a good person to work with - and we are so happy to have found him!
Stu was punctual, precise in his work, went the extra mile to make sure the work he was doing would last in the longer term, kept us informed of his progress, finished the work quickly and left our house spotless at the end of every day. And he's really nice too. We couldn't ask for anything more - thank you!

Stu has serviced our boiler for the last few years and always does an excellent job. He’s tidy, courteous and efficient and obviously knows his stuff.

Recently, Stu pointed out to us that a part that needed replacing on our boiler was under warranty and provided us with the relevant details we needed to contact the manufacturer.

Stu has also replaced a radiator for us as well as a few other jobs.

From original quote to final installation Stu has been excellent. He provided a detailed quote and gave good advice. My central heating and new boiler was installed within the time frame promised and the work was very tidy. Stu gave us a price to fit a waste disposal unit which we accepted. He arrived on time and did a superb job. He cleaned up after doing the work and could not be faulted either in his work or work ethic. We were so impressed we are now waiting for a quote for a bathroom refurbishment. Stu spent a considerable amount of time inventing a special tool to turn off the water in the road. He then fitted a new stop tap, kitchen and bathroom taps. As others have said - friendly, reliable and tidy. I'm very pleased.

We asked Stu to do our cloakroom after viewing his workmanship at our neighbours'. The task was a complete refurbishment of our cloakroom and we had everything except the door replaced. The finished result was amazing and much better than we dared hope. Off the back of this excellent work, we invited Stu to do our bathroom and once again he did an amazing job.
Stu is exceptionally hardworking, always on time, excellent communicator, exudes professionalism in his attitude, is courteous and respectful, has excellent technical skills and an incredible eye for detail, settling for nothing less than perfect. It is worth pointing out that whilst Proactive Plumbing Solutions may have plumbing as their core business, Stu is in fact an excellent - repeat - excellent decorator as well and his tiling work in both our cloakroom and main bathroom was nothing short of awesome! Highly highly recommended!!
