Avoid this company at all costs! Contacted for an emergency call out asap due to water leak we cannot stop. Arranged for someone to come (at an absolutely astronomical cost I must add....but it was an emergency, so needs must) but they were a no show and ignored my subsequent messages asking about the delay in their arrival. If they weren't going to come they should have let me know so I could try to make alterative arrangements rather than leaving me for hours with water coming through my ceiling.

Phoned and was advised to contact utility company first to identify where leak was before paying call out fee.
Called back to say it was my boiler and again advised to contact the original fitter as they would have to repair free of charge
Excellent to be given honest advice rather than someone just looking to make money

Angus got to us within a short time, was quick and efficient, fixed the leak, and came out on a Sunday from Cheltenham to Malvern. He literally went the extra mile. I had already tried 15 different local plumbers (including those who said they did emergencies) and worse than that plumbers I had regularly employed in the past. They all couldnt be bothered.

It was quite expensive, though we were fine with that because it was a Sunday and an emergency and also because Angus told us right from the get go how much it would likely be. Pleasant guy polite and professional. If you're in Malvern and suffering from the dreaded Malvern syndrome of no show, overpriced and hard to book, traders, try Plumbing Heroes, Angus instead.
