Wayne & Sid of Gaspal P/O the HomePal Grp recently carried out a total bathroom refit for me. I was so impressed that I asked them to replace my room thermostat which they did to a very high standard in the same efficient manner as before.

Wayne was lovely. The only plumber to call me back from a voicemail. Came out when he said and did a quote for us. Very reasonable price. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances we didn't use him, but I think the fact that he returned my call, came out when he said he would and actually supplied me with a quote is a massive thumbs up compared to the 10 other plumbers I called!

(May 2019) Upgraded boiler and heating system to accommodate additional demands with extension to house. As always work carried out efficiently and to high quality. First class service and highly recommend.

(Jan 2018) Replace shower and rectified a problem with occasional leak through ceiling. Work done professionally - very pleased with outcome.

I used Wayne on a couple of jobs for me. I found him to be very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He is also multi-skilled. I would use him again.

We asked Wayne to come out urgently for a minor gas leak in our house - he quoted a cost and then gave us a handy discount on a boiler service at the same time. He came out quickly and did a thorough job with both the leak and the boiler. One thing I really liked is that he noted issues with our boiler but took the time to explain what they were and that they weren't urgent, and that it wasn't going to stop the boiler from passing it's service. It was obvious he wasn't scouting for business which we really appreciated. 5 stars from us!

Wayne had to replace a boiler, arrived on time, good communications. Easy to talk to. Will use to service boiler in future. Old boiler taken away. Would definitely recommend him.
