We found the attitude and some of the behaviour of this plumber to be highly unprofessional and had to ask for some aspects of making good works to be removed from the invoice as he hadn’t actually carried out the work billed for but rather left it for our builders. Wouldn’t use again.

This is the most reliable, friendly and thorough plumber we have met. He did a wonderful job for us and was meticulous over every detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Surefix to anyone. Our only regret is not finding this company sooner. We’ve used different companies in the past and Surefix is by far the best service we have had. Thank you 😊

I have used SureFix many times when I first moved in to my flat. Ian has serviced my boiler, as well as advised me on, and fitted a new shower in the bathroom. My tenant reported a problem on Saturday morning,I called Surefix and they responded in a few hours solving the immediate problem and made arrangements to return and carry out permanent repairs. .Brilliant service and happy tenants.
