Excellent service from an honest reliable and v capable professional. The first time we used Ollie Peters was in a very urgent situation and he came out late on a Saturday evening even though he didn't know us previously and resolved the problem without charging a fortune. We were so impressed and grateful we have used him ever since and have never had cause to change our opinion that he is a great plumber honest and reliable and just a very nice person to boot. So grateful to have him to go to when we need anything - as rental property owners that is a huge help. Thoroughly recommend. You might find cheaper but that doesn't mean better value....

Ollie is a rarity these days in that he is honest (he'll even advise if there is a cheaper solution available) , reliable, infinitely helpful (even at odd times of the day & night), thinks on his feet & clearly enjoys his work & takes great pride in providing excellent service. Had a problematic job with a tiled in toilet(!!) which needed taking out and replacing, due it developing a leak, along with a shower/tap which needed replacing.

I already had two plumbers out before, who weren't very helpful and both still charged for doing very little. From the outset Ollie was responsive, and sought to get problem resolved. He was also open and honest about what needed doing and when he could do it. End result it's now fixed, with the tiling done behind it and a new toilet installed.

Peter was super responsive and so helpful when we couldn’t get our boiler to work in the depths of the cold snap! He helped for several hours until our issue was resolved - we were very grateful indeed!
