I called Niels at 2.15am on a Saturday. He was with me by
2.30am to be faced with inches deep water through out my flat.
His calmness but immediate response to the flood was remarkable. He left at 6am but returned with a replacement pipe
at 9.30am. I had water plus hot water by mid-morning. He is
a very welcome presence and couldn't be bettered in an
emergency.

Niels is an incredibly friendly, professional and skilled plumber. He was able to diagnose the problem with the shower quickly over WhatsApp which meant that he could arrive with all the parts needed. He even went so far as to come and do the work the evening before we went away to ensure we could come back to a working shower which we are very grateful for. Niels talked me through everything that he was doing and why in a way that I could understand. Excellent work and will absolutely be calling again in the future.

Niels installed two new radiators for us and did a great job. Reliable, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Contacted him again when we had an issue with our boiler and got a great service again. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from Neils. We had no hot water, so he came out to us as an emergency call out in the evening. He was very responsive in calling and messaging to update us on his arrival. He had the parts required on board and fitted very quickly, completing the repair and restoring hot water. Would recommend 👌

Having used Niels before when we had a leak that needed solving and being impressed by his work, quick response and generally being a good guy, i had no hesitation in calling him again when i managed to bodge a shower repair! He was over within the hour, had the leak stopped and sorted in quick order. Would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber in an emergency or otherwise.
